VeloNodes — Terms of Service

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VeloNodes services, including game servers, VPS, Minecraft hosting, Discord bot hosting, or web hosting through client.velonodes.in, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your VeloNodes account credentials. Any activity under your account, including those from game servers deployed via Pterodactyl Panel or CyberPanel, is your sole responsibility. Notify us immediately at client support if you suspect unauthorized access.

⚠️ No Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICE

! All payments are final and non-refundable — no refunds for cancellations, dissatisfaction, or mistakes.
! Prepaid services (monthly, quarterly, yearly) are non-refundable regardless of usage duration.
! Custom orders (Minecraft servers, VPS, dedicated) have zero refund eligibility.
! Service upgrades/downgrades do not generate refund credits or prorated refunds.

This policy ensures sustainable service quality and infrastructure investment. Review plans carefully before purchase.

3 Service Usage

VeloNodes provides DDoS-protected game hosting (Minecraft, FiveM, MTA, SA-MP, CS 1.6), VPS, Discord bot hosting, and CyberPanel web hosting from Indian datacenters. Services must comply with Indian laws and all applicable regulations. Abuse may result in immediate suspension.

4 Prohibited Activities

! Unauthorized access, hacking, or DDoS attacks against VeloNodes infrastructure or other users
! Illegal activities, piracy, malware distribution, or phishing operations
! Spamming, mass messaging, or excessive API usage beyond fair use limits
! Resource-intensive activities that impact shared infrastructure performance

5 Termination & Suspension

VeloNodes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms without notice. Repeated violations or severe abuse (including DDoS attacks against our PletX protection) result in permanent bans.

6 Limitation of Liability

VeloNodes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from service use. Our 99.9% uptime SLA applies only to infrastructure availability. Game server performance depends on your configuration and player load.

7 Modifications

VeloNodes may update these Terms of Service. Changes will be posted at this URL and announced in the client area. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir. VeloNodes operates from Indian datacenters with compliance to local regulations.
